User Accounts
Society access is two kinds of login: administrators you add in Settings, and members you invite from a membership record.
Society administrators
Open Settings, then Manage Admins.
Member logins
Open the membership from Latest Members. Use the invite action on the grey bar so that member can sign in.
Creating user accounts
A PremiumBreed login is created from the Login page or from an invite on the membership record.
Login page
Click Register here! and complete Register.
Membership record
Open the member. In Contact Details, click Send invite.
Register from the login page
Create a PremiumBreed login from the Login page.
Register here!
On the Login page, click Register here!.
Register
Enter Choose a username, Choose a password, Email, Account Type, Breeder's Prefix, Animal Type, and Animal Breed. Click Register.
Send a member invite
Invite a member to create their login from the membership record.
View All
On the home dashboard, open Society Members and click View All.
Tom Calder
Click the member Name to open the record.
Send invite
In Contact Details, on Email, click Send invite.
Troubleshooting Login Problems
Match the message on the Login page to the next action: reset the password, register, or sign in.
Login page
Wrong password: click Reset it. No account: click Register here!. When the password is ready, click Login.
After Login
If the membership is missing, invite or link the user from the membership record.
Unable to see membership information after logging in
If Login works and the membership is missing, invite or link the user from the membership record.
1. View All
As a society administrator, on the home dashboard open Latest Members and click View All.
2. Name
Click the member Name to open the record.
3. Quick search, Member
Or find them with Quick search and choose Member.
4. Send invite
Click Send invite. Ask them to log out and click Login again.
