Change History / Audit Trail
Change history is the audit trail on a record. Open Audits from the membership or from the animal.
Membership Audits
Open the member and click Audits.
Animal Audits
Open the animal and click Audits.
Requesting change history details
If an audit row is not enough, lodge a support request with the record type, ID, and time.
1. Support
Open My Support Requests Queue and click create.
